If you would like to only offer free shipping to some of your customers (country-specific), you can use the Rebuy Smart Carts free shipping bar to do so!
When inputting a two letter country code, please use the exact 'Valid value' per country as defined in Shopify's developer docs.
Instructions
Login to the Rebuy Admin then navigate to the Smart Cart tab, and enable the legacy or tiered progress bar.
Free Shipping Bar (Legacy):
Toggle on the Free Shipping Bar (Legacy), click " only available for certain countries," type the two letter country code you would like and press enter.
When inputting a two letter country code, please use the exact 'Valid value' per country as defined in Shopify's developer docs.
Tiered Progress Bar:
Toggle on the Tiered Progress Bar and set up the tier progress bar rules.
Once your rules are built, click on "layout: shipping bar."
Click " only available for certain countries," type the two letter country code you would like and press enter.

In the end, it will only allow free shipping for certain countries!
