Understanding Smart Flow Analytics

Smart Flow tracking on the dashboard allows you to monitor the performance of your flows efforts and track the success of your campaigns. This feature provides valuable insights into how users are interacting with your website and helps you make data-driven decisions to improve your marketing strategy.

When viewing the flow and campaign tracking on the dashboard, you will see a variety of metrics that provide valuable information about the performance of your flows and campaigns. Let's take a closer look at each metric and what it means:

Smart Flow Metric Definitions

Name

  • The title of the flow or campaign being tracked.

  • Helps identify and manage different flows.

Type

  • Indicates the category of the flow (e.g., "Global").

  • Determines where and how the flow is applied.

Clicks

  • Total number of times the link was clicked/accessed for Link-Based Flows only.

Visitors

  • The number of unique users who have interacted with the flow.

  • Each visitor is counted only once, even if they engage multiple times.

Conversion

  • The percentage of the total number of orders placed over total number of visitors for the given flow.

  • Formula: (Total Orders / Total Visitors) × 100

Total Sales

  • The total revenue generated from users who interacted with the flow and completed a purchase.

  • Displays $0 if no sales are attributed to this flow yet.

Revenue Per Visitor (Rev Per Visitor)

  • The average revenue earned per unique visitor who engaged with the flow.

  • Formula: Total Sales / Total Visitors

Last Used

  • The last date the flow was interacted with by a unique visitor.

  • Displays (Never) if the flow hasn’t been used yet.

Status

  • Indicates if the flow is LIVE (active) or NOT LIVE (inactive).

  • Only LIVE flows track data and influence users.

Toggle Switch

  • Controls whether the flow's status is active or inactive.

  • ON = Flow is live and tracking data.

  • OFF = Flow is inactive and not visible to users.

Options Menu (Three Dots Icon)

  • Provides additional actions for managing the flow:

    1. Edit – Modify the flow's content, settings, or targeting.

    1. View Insights – Access additional analytics and performance data related to the flow.

    2. Enable/Disable – Toggle the flow between active (Enable) and inactive (Disable).

    3. Preview – See how the flow will appear to users before making it live.

    4. Duplicate – Create a copy of the flow for reuse or testing variations.

    5. Delete – Permanently remove the flow.
