Confirming Rebuy is not Causing Issues
Occasionally, team members may be working on many different sections of your Online Store, and it can be difficult to keep track of new issues as they arise. Perhaps someone just published a new theme, set up a new script, or installed an app (Rebuy)! If your Online Store is experiencing any issues and you would like to determine if Rebuy is the cause, you can disable RebuyJS. This will prevent all things Rebuy from loading on site! Your installed widgets will disappear and no code (other than the installed divs and perhaps custom scripts) will remain on site.
How do I disable RebuyJS?
First you need to go to your account settings.
Next you can set "Enable Rebuy JS" to no, and save.
Be sure to click "Save" at the bottom!
Now that RebuyJS is disabled, nothing Rebuy related will load! You can confirm whether or not the issue is related to Rebuy and continue to do some digging! If the issue is related to Rebuy, please reach out to support and we'll help you tackle the issue. (It's possible it's another app affecting Rebuy as well). We're here to help!
Be sure to Re-Enable if the problem isn't Rebuy!
