Yotpo Reviews is a top-tier customer feedback platform for e-commerce stores. Installation Instructions
Prerequisite
Yotpo Reviews must already be installed and set up on your Shopify store.
Integration Installation
Connect Yotpo & Rebuy
In Rebuy Admin, go to Integrations → find Yotpo → click Connect Yotpo.
You’ll be redirected to Yotpo—log in and authorize the connection.
A success message confirms the integration is enabled.
Verify Webhook Sync
Log into Rebuy and go to your Settings page > Select Status from the menu > Scroll to the Integrations section and find the Yotpo card.
Under Yotpo, confirm there are two active webhooks (for new and updated reviews). This indicates that the integration is pulling information necessary for displaying the reviews.
If needed, click Resync to refresh. These buttons will initiate a manual refresh of the connection between Rebuy and Yotpo, allowing for any changes or updates to be properly reflected in your widgets.
Enable Reviews in Widgets
In Rebuy Admin, select a widget to open it's editor.
Open its Integrations tab, toggle Yotpo Reviews on, and save.
Star ratings and review snippets will now appear in that widget.
Customize Star Appearance (Optional)
In Rebuy Admin → Dashboard → Manage Rebuy Theme, adjust star colors under Product Reviews to match your brand, then save.

The Post-Purchase Offer Widget and Checkout Extensions Widget has a built-in review platform integration within the widget's editor in the Advanced Settings tab, which drives the star rating display.
