REVIEWS.io is an officially authorized platform by Google that empowers businesses to enhance their digital standing by leveraging genuine reviews. By incorporating reviews, photos, and videos, businesses can foster trust and establish credibility. This platform seamlessly integrates with various e-commerce platforms and services, enabling businesses to effectively engage customers and boost conversions on their websites and marketing channels.

By utilizing reviews and ratings alongside personalized product recommendations, you can instill trust in your brand and products, resulting in remarkable conversions. Witness your confidence in your brand soar as you create customer experiences that are captivating, authentic, and immersive.

You have the opportunity to connect your Reviews.io account with you Rebuy account, which opens up the possibility to showcase product reviews directly beneath the corresponding products in personalized product recommendations. This integration allows for a seamless display of customer reviews alongside the suggested products, enhancing the overall shopping experience and can increase your conversion rate.

Once you have everything configured on the Reviews.io side, you can proceed with the Rebuy integration steps. Within your Rebuy dashboard, navigate to the Integration Tab.

From here, you can scroll, or search, for the REVIEWS.io Integration & toggle the Status to turn this on

Once the integration is on, you can start to add the stars to your Rebuy product recommendations. To do this, navigate to the Widgets tab.

Here you can create and select which widget you want to add the review stars to. You can either edit a pre-existing one or create a new widget.

Once you are in the widget editor, you will need to scroll down to the Integrations tab, and Enable REVIEWS.io Reviews, and press save.

This will now include the rating stars on your Rebuy widget.

If you want to add any customizations to the stars, you will need to navigate to Dashboard >> Manage Rebuy Theme

You can then scroll down to the Product Reviews color options and change these to the color that match your existing branding.

Any product with reviews will now have the star rating displayed on your Rebuy widgets.

The Rebuy integration uses Shopify Metafileds to sync the review counts, so if you notice any review counts not matching, please contact Live Chat support in the bottom right of the dashboard.
