Enabling Post-purchase in Shopify

After creating the widget and enabling the flow, navigate to Your Shopify Admin > Settings.

  1. Navigate to your Shopify admin settings.

  2. Click on Checkout.

  3. Scroll down to the post-purchase page section, and select Rebuy.

  4. Save your changes.

Once you have enabled this setting and activated your post-purchase flow, your customers will see the offer. If the offer does not appear as expected, please check Shopify's limitations for post-purchase offers, as there are specific rules regarding when these offers will or will not be displayed. For example, certain payment methods such as Apple Pay or Google Pay, multi-currency orders, and orders designated for local delivery might prevent the offer from appearing. Similarly, flash sales involving heavy Shopify server loads can also impact post-purchase offers.

Additional Tips

  • Always test with orders that closely replicate real customer scenarios.

  • Keep Rebuy and Shopify settings updated to the latest versions to avoid compatibility issues.

  • Regularly monitor post-purchase performance and make adjustments to flow rules if needed.
