Request a Shop to Be Added to Your Rebuy Partner Account

If you've referred a merchant who has already installed Rebuy, you can request to have their shop added to your Partner Dashboard.​

Steps to Request a Shop Addition

  1. Log In to Your Partner Account:

    • Access your Rebuy Partner Dashboard here.​

  2. Navigate to the Request Section:

    • On the dashboard, locate and click on the "Request Shop to Be Added" button.​

  3. Provide Merchant Details:

    • Fill in the necessary information about the merchant shop you're referring.​

  4. Submit the Request:

    • After entering the details, click "Send Shop Add Request" at the bottom of the page.


What Happens Next?

  • The Rebuy Agency Partnerships Team will review your request.

  • An assigned Agency Partner Manager will either:

    • Approve the shop addition, or

    • Reach out for more information about the client.​

Note: If additional information is needed, you may be asked to provide proof of the referral, such as an email or screenshot, to accurately log the referral to your agency.​
