Merchant Success Manager (MSM)

With Rebuy Premium Support, you gain a Merchant Success Manager (MSM) who serves as your strategic partner and primary point of contact at Rebuy. Your MSM is committed to understanding your unique business goals and helping you achieve them by leveraging the full power of the Rebuy platform.

Your MSM will:

Getting Started with Your Dedicated MSM:

Upon subscribing to Premium Support, you will receive an email with a link to a brief onboarding survey. Completing this survey is the first step to connecting with your MSM, as it provides them with essential information about your business and goals. Your MSM will reach out within 24-48 business hours after survey completion to schedule your introductory call.


Priority Support Routing

When you have a technical question or need assistance, Rebuy Premium Support ensures your inquiries receive expedited attention.

Priority Support Routing means you benefit from:

  • Priority Ticket Routing to Sr. Engineers: During core office hours, your support tickets are prioritized, ensuring they are directed to our Sr. Engineers for a quick, more specialized response, offering you enhanced support when needed. Off hours support will follow the normal routing as outlined in our support policy.

To ensure your tickets are prioritized, they need to be submitted through the chat function in the portal. This allows us to correctly identify and route them to your team.
