The ARPU app enables Recharge merchants to send “shipping soon” notification emails to customers who have recently made a purchase. Use ARPU to surface product recommendations in order notification emails so your customers can add items to their cart before the order is shipped.

The Rebuy Integration for ARPU empowers brands to add personalized product recommendations to shopping notification emails. Leverage Rebuy's AI or custom rulesets to surface engaging cross-sells that drive additional conversions and build brand loyalty before customers receive their order. 

- An active Shopify store.
- An active Rebuy account.
- An active ARPU account.​

Step 1: Configure Smart Rebuy Recommendations in ARPU

- Log in to your ARPU Admin dashboard.​

- Click on the Products tab located on the left-hand menu.​

Select Rebuy as Recommendation Source:

- In the drop-down menu, choose Rebuy to enable smart product recommendations.​

- Option 1: Recommended Products:
 - Automatically suggests products based on your Shopify store's order history, highlighting items commonly purchased together.
- Option 2: Custom Recommendations:
 - Create tailored recommendations using IF/AND/OR rules. For detailed instructions, refer to our guide on <a href="https://help.rebuyengine.com/en/articles/6117489-advanced-datasources">How to Create Custom Endpoints</a>.
