Using Rebuy's Smart Links

How to use the Smart Links widget and applicable use cases

Written by Christian Sokolowski

Creating a new campaign link? Use a Smart Flows Link-Based Flow.

For a new campaign link, Rebuy recommends a Smart Flows Link-Based Flow over the Smart Links widget described in this article. A Link-Based Flow is created in Flows & A/B Testing, then Smart Flows, and when a shopper opens its link it can add products, apply a discount code, show a banner or popup, and check targeting rules such as cart subtotal or date. A Link-Based Flow also includes a downloadable QR code, UTM parameter fields, and click and order reporting on its Insights page. The Smart Link a Link-Based Flow generates is a separate feature from the Smart Links widget in this article, and a link containing rsf= comes from a Link-Based Flow. The Rebuy Smart Links widget is a powerful tool that can be used to create a custom URL for directing customers to your goal location with specialized features, while also offering increased levels of flexibility for product packaging. This widget makes your marketing efforts more targeted and efficient, offering your customers a personalized experience when engaging with your brand. In this article, we will provide an overview of what the Smart Links widget is, how it can be used, and how it can benefit your business.
