This guide will outline how to enable the Klaviyo x Smart Cart integration to capture phone numbers and build an engaged customer base.

Looking to grow your clients' SMS subscriber lists through Rebuy's Smart Cart? Well, you've come to the right place -- this document will walk through how to turn on the Klaviyo integration and start leveraging Rebuy's App Store to drive more conversions with newly acquired customers.

This easy-to-follow process will ensure that your clients are empowered to start capturing shopper phone numbers directly on-site, so that you can:

Getting started

Please note: This integration only works with the Rebuy Smart Cart. If your client does not already have this installed, read our documentation to configure.

If your client already has Smart Cart installed but has not already integrated Klaviyo with Rebuy, read our documentation on how to connect.

Enabling the Smart Cart integration

After your client's Klaviyo integration is connected, navigate to the Smart Cart tab and scroll to the bottom of the page until you see Apps. Toggle Enable on the Klaviyo SMS Capture option to turn on the integration.

After enabling, the following User Input Required popup window will appear. Follow this guide to complete the integration:

  • You'll need to get your client's Klaviyo Target List ID that will collect their SMS subscribers (Not sure where to find this list? Read Klaviyo's help documentation)

  • Add your client's App Label/Prompt copy, which will be displayed at the top of the Smart Cart app (i.e. "Join our SMS Program")

  • Enter the full URL for your client's terms page for SMS handling

  • Enter the full URL for your client's privacy policy page

There you have it! You now have a place for your client to capture customer phone numbers right in their Rebuy Smart Cart so that they can start driving more sales and conversions.
