Campaigns enables merchants to schedule changes to a collection (or several) for a future time period. Within the Campaigns table, you can manage all of your campaigns in the various states: Live, Scheduled, Draft and Completed.
Campaign Settings
You can create multiple campaigns, each containing specific collections (or all of them), and configure various elements such as featured products, promo tiles, filter options, sorting preferences, and out-of-stock (OOS) settings for a set duration.
Campaigns can be assigned unique names to help you organize and manage them more efficiently. It's important to note that the campaign name does not affect its functionality; rather, it serves solely for organizational purposes, allowing you to sort and track your campaigns with greater clarity.
Creating Your Campaign
Step 1 - Create Your Campaign
Click on the "Create New" button to begin. In the modal popup, make sure to assign a specific name to your campaign.
Step 2 - Select Collections for the Campaign
In the "Collections in Campaign" setting, you can:
Select specific collections to include in your campaign.
Choose all collections, with the option to:
Exclude specific collections if desired.
Important: A collection can only be included in one campaign at a time within a specific date and time range. If you try to schedule a campaign that includes collections already part of a scheduled or live campaign, you'll encounter a schedule conflict error, which will provide details about the conflicting campaigns.
Note: After configuring this setting with the selected collections, any changes made to it will remove any previously configured featured products or scheduling settings. The Featured Products and Scheduler are linked to the specific collections in the campaign, so adjustments will reset these configurations.
Note: While a campaign is live, any settings within it will override collection-level or global settings. Once the campaign ends, the included collections will revert to their original configurations and settings.
Featured Products
In the Featured Products section, you can choose specific products and define their display settings to be shown when shoppers land on the collection page. Only products available within the selected collections in the campaign will be available as options for Featured Products. If a Featured Product exists across multiple collections that are configured for the campaign, a dropdown will appear in the Featured Product settings, listing all the collections in which the product will be featured.
Featured Product Always First
When toggled on, the featured products will always be shown first, ensuring they take priority over other products within the collection.
When toggled off, featured products will be displayed based on the sort order defined by the user in the Sort By filter. This gives shoppers flexibility in how they view the products in the collection.
Show Featured Badge
When toggled on, featured products will be marked with a distinctive badge.
By default, the badge will display the text ‘Featured’, but you can modify the badge text to align with your branding or preference. This feature helps highlight special products in your collection, making them more noticeable to shoppers.
Feature Products from Collection
In this section, you can add specific products from your selected collections to be showcased as Featured Products on the collection page. These products will be displayed in a special section to draw more attention to them.
Important Notes:
The products available for selection as Featured Products are filtered to only show those within the collections you’ve chosen in the Collections in Campaign setting. This ensures that only relevant products appear in your featured list.
If a Featured Product exists in multiple collections that are configured for the campaign, the product will follow the Featured Product configuration for each of those collections. This means the product may appear as a featured item in more than one place within the same campaign, depending on the collection it’s part of.
If a product is selected as a Featured Product in one collection but exists in other collections not included in the campaign, those other collections will remain unaffected by the campaign. The product will only be featured in the collections specified in the campaign settings.
Promo Tiles
Promo tiles allow you to highlight products, promotions, or special deals within your campaign. You can create multiple promo tiles to draw attention to specific items, events, or offers on your collection page.
Note: Any promo tiles configured within a campaign will be applied to all collections included in the campaign as specified in the Collections in Campaign setting.
Step 1 - Create Your Promo Tile
To get started, click on the “Add Promo Tile” button. In the modal popup, make sure to give your promo tile a specific name.
Note: The name of the promo tile is purely for organizational purposes and does not impact how the promo tile functions.
Step 2 - Upload Image
Since a promo tile replaces a product placement in your collection, you’ll need to upload an image for each tile. You can either upload an image from your computer or choose an image from your Rebuy Image Gallery.
Supported file types: SVG, PNG, JPG, or GIF
Maximum file size: 5 MB per image
Step 3 - Add URL for Image (Optional)
This feature lets you direct shoppers to a specific page on your site when they click on the promo tile.
When toggled on, you can add a URL to which shoppers will be redirected when they click the promo tile.
Marketing Tip: This can be helpful if you're promoting a site-wide sale, a specific discount, or a related collection page and want to drive traffic to that particular page.
Step 4 - Image Position (Placement)
Determine where and how often the promo tile should appear on the collection page. You can choose from the following options:
First Page: Show the promo tile in the specified position only on the first page within the specific collection.
Note: If using Continuous Scroll in the pagination options, the promo tile will appear only once on the collection page.
Every Page: Show the promo tile in the indicated position on every page within the specific collection.
Note: If using Continuous Scroll, the promo tile will appear each time the page reloads with new products.
Image Position: Select the position on the page where the promo tile will appear.
Note: You can select any position within the first 16 product placements on the collection page, provided no other promo tile is already assigned to that position.
Multiple Promo Tiles
You can easily add multiple promo tiles to your campaign for the collections configured in your campaign. This flexibility allows you to align the tiles with your brand's specific needs and highlight multiple offers or products at once.
Filter Options
You can configure the filter options that shoppers will use for all collections configured in your campaign, based on the Collections in Campaign setting. These filters will help shoppers refine their product searches, improving their shopping experience.
Note: When creating a campaign, we will import the Filters, Sort By Options, and Out of Stock (OOS) settings from the Template & Settings page. You can adjust these settings specifically for the campaign's time frame and the collections included. Once the campaign ends, the collections will revert back to the global settings configured in the Template & Settings page for Filters, Sort By Options, and OOS.

Important Notes
Excluding Products: If you are using the
exclude_rebuy
product tag in Shopify to exclude specific products from being shown in Rebuy widgets, this will also prevent the product from appearing in Smart Collections results. For more information on excluding products, refer to the guide.

You can configure the sorting options that shoppers will use to organize collection page results. These options allow customers to view products in a way that best suits their preferences. The available sort options include:

Oldest (Sorted in ascending order)

As you configure these sorting options, you can adjust their priority by clicking and dragging them within the settings. They are prioritized in a top-down approach, meaning that the higher up the list an option is, the more prominent it will be for shoppers.
Note: When creating a campaign, the Filters, Sort By Options, and Out of Stock (OOS) settings from the Template & Settings page will be imported. You can make adjustments specific to the campaign's time frame and the collections included. Once the campaign ends, the collections will revert to the global settings configured in the Template & Settings page.

Step 2 - Select End Date & Time
