The rebuy administration platform features an account page that contains specific information about your store settings. This document aims to offer an overview of this page and its subordinate pages.

MANAGE TEAM

This is where you will be able to manage those who have access to your Rebuy administrative portal.

API KEYS

The "API Keys" button will bring you to your Rebuy API keys page where it will list all of them that have been created for your specific site.

APP SETTINGS

The settings page serves as a hub for various configurations and information. Within this page, you have the ability to modify your Time Zone Preference, enable or disable Rebuy JS, activate Shopify Selling Plans, and access a range of other settings to suit your needs.

BILLING

Clicking on the billing details link will redirect you to your store's invoices related to your usage of Rebuy. Within this section, you can access valuable information about your current plan type, historical invoice amounts, invoice dates, and other relevant details.

IMAGE GALLERY

The Rebuy Gallery is a central location where you can upload and manage all the image assets that you use in other Rebuy features. This will save you time and effort by providing a single place to store and organize your assets. Accessing the Rebuy Gallery is simple. Just go to the side nav and click on Settings > Image Gallery.

Currently, images can only be used with content blocks within the checkout, thank you page, or order status pages for those utilizing the new Checkout UI extensions. This means that images cannot be added to other areas of your website, such as product descriptions, blog posts, or landing pages.

Content blocks can be accessed exclusively by Shopify Plus merchants. The extensions feature is not enabled for other Shopify plans. It's a decision made by Shopify, preventing the insertion of images or widgets into the checkout, thank you page, or order status pages for non-Shopify Plus merchants.

STATUS

Clicking on the "Status" button will direct you to a dedicated page that provides a comprehensive overview of the sync status across various components of the tool. This page serves as a valuable resource for monitoring the synchronization between Rebuy and Shopify, ensuring that your data is up-to-date and accurate.

One of the key functionalities of the status page is to display a detailed comparison between the products and collections that Rebuy recognizes and those present in your Shopify store. This insightful comparison allows you to identify any discrepancies or inconsistencies that may exist between the two platforms. If any disparities are detected, you have the option to initiate a manual sync by simply clicking the "Resync" button. This manual synchronization process ensures that the data between Rebuy and Shopify is aligned, promoting seamless operations and preventing potential data conflicts.

In addition to the product and collection sync, the status page showcases other vital statuses related to various integrations with third-party vendors. Furthermore, the status page provides a convenient link to the data source cache. In the event that you need to clear the cache, this direct link allows you to easily access and manage the stored data. This functionality empowers you to maintain control over your data sources and optimize the synchronization process as needed.

THEMES

By clicking on the "Themes" button, you will be directed to the Rebuy theme page where you can customize your Rebuy theme. Here, you have the option to adjust specific elements such as names, add your Logo URL, choose colors, and even incorporate any desired custom CSS for further personalization.
