When does the new program start?
January 1st, 2026

Why is Rebuy making this change?
Align Rebuy’s Partner Program to where we see the most value being created for merchants - optimizing Rebuy and adopting new features over time.

When does managed revenue share start for an approved merchant?
The first Rebuy invoice after the registered merchant is approved.

What is the turnaround time for approval after registering a managed account?
Generally 24-48 business hours with sufficient proof.

How are managed merchants registered for approval?
A Managed Account registration button is built in the Rebuy Partner Portal.

When do shops on Rebuy’s previous referral structure qualify for managed revenue share?
Once they have transitioned off the previous referral structure (6-12 months from October 1st 2025.

Can I earn managed revenue share if another agency referred the shop?

Yes, managed revenue share is paid agnostic of who referred the brand

How will this impact my current revenue share payments?
Please contact your Partner Manager. We will help you quantify and forecast the potential impact.

When will my current referral revenue share payments be impacted?
We have built in a transition plan that will maintain the current structure of your previously referred (and approved) clients until at least the end of March 31st. The transition will continue through the end of 2026. Please refer to the Transition Rate table below:

What are the updates to the revenue share structure?
​Our new model encourages ongoing revenue share benefits for partners that are actively referring and managing an individual brand, while also allowing for collaboration in instances where an active agency on record was not the initial referral partner.
