PayPal Payment Configuration Guide
Follow this quick and easy step-by-step guide to configure your PayPal email address for payments on your merchant account.
Step-by-Step Guide:
Click "Configure Payment": Go to the Monetize page and click the Configure Payment button next to the Monetize Table.
Enter PayPal Email: Input your PayPal email address in the provided field.
Send Verification Code: Click Send Verification Code to receive a confirmation code via email.
Enter Verification Code: Check your email, copy the code, and paste it into the modal.
Submit Code: Click Submit Verification Code to complete the process.
Confirmation: A success message will confirm your PayPal email is now verified.
Once configured, your PayPal email will be used for processing payments.
Note: You can Update or Remove Your Email at any time. Simply click Update Payment to change or remove your PayPal email.
When Do You Get Paid?
Once your Rebuy Monetize powered by Fluent are live, your revenue starts accumulating based on customer interactions. Here’s how and when you can expect to receive payouts. Please see our article explaining this in further detail.
Step-by-Step Payout Process
1. Service Month Begins
You set your ad live during a calendar month—this is your Service Month.
All ad impressions, clicks, and interactions are tracked during this period.
2. 60-Day Payment Reconciliation
After the service month ends, Fluent audits and compiles all ad performance data.
Revenue is collected from advertisers.
Funds are distributed between Fluent, Rebuy, and you.
Payments are reconciled in preparation for payout.
3. Merchant Receives Payment
You will receive your payout 60 days after the service month ends.
For example, if your ad ran in March, your payout would typically be sent June 1st.

Merchant Type Restrictions: Certain product categories and industries undergo additional vetting: adult products, alcohol, and CBD. Other categories such as weapons and weapon accessories, are not permitted to use the Monetize Feature.

All merchants using Rebuy Monetize are subject to review. Accounts may be disabled if we determine they do not meet the platform’s requirements or violate any guidelines. We reserve the right to assess eligibility on a case-by-case basis.

A: Yes, you can update or delete your PayPal email at any time by clicking Update Payment.

A: After refreshing the Monetize Payment Management page, you should see your PayPal email listed.

A: Yes, a confirmation email will be sent whenever you add, update, or remove your PayPal email address.

A: You have 3 attempts to enter the correct verification code. If you fail all attempts, there will be a 1-hour lockout before you can try again.
