The Customer Page is a feature that gives merchants valuable insights into their customers' behaviors and interactions within their store. Please note that access to this information is restricted to certain user roles or permission levels to ensure data security and privacy.

Merchants can select a specific customer to view detailed information.

Name
Address
Phone number
Email address

Products Purchased:
Products: Lists all products the customer has bought.
Last Purchased: Shows the date of the most recent purchase.
Times Purchased: Indicates how many times the customer has purchased a product.
Recently Viewed Items:
Merchants can see which products customers have recently interacted with, offering insights into potential future purchases.
Recently Searched:
Merchants can also view the products customers have recently searched for, providing further insight into their potential interests.
