Overview
Within this section, you will find a collection of six cards, each representing a crucial Widget KPI. In addition to these cards, the report provides more comprehensive details about the performance of your Widgets and the products converted on in your Widgets.
This report encompasses all Merchandising Widgets. This includes, but is not limited to, Product Carousels, Homepage Widgets, Product-Addons, In-Checkout and Dynamic Bundles. If you are interested in learning more about the performance of all other widgets, head over to the Performance Report article.
Running a Widget Report
Here is how to run a Widget analytics report.
Open Via Reports Tab
Navigate to the Rebuy Admin Dashboard.
Select Reports from the menu.
Click on the Widgets Analytics tab.
The report will load automatically with the default date range set to "Today” - for the last 30 days.
Understanding Widgets Analytics: Widgets and Products Tables
Within Widgets Analytics, you'll find two distinct reporting tables:
Widgets Table
Gives a snapshot of widget health at a glance.
Makes it easy to compare performance across all active widgets.
Surfaces top-converting widgets so you can double down on what works.
Products Table
Shows which products gain the most traction through widgets.
Lets you spot top sellers and revenue drivers quickly.
Informs smarter merchandising and promotional decisions.

Analytic Definitions
Dashboard | Description |
Widget Revenue | Displays the total revenue generated from all Widget purchases. |
Additional Revenue Per Visitor | Displays additional revenue earned per visitor who saw or interacted with a Widget. |
Conversion Rate | Displays the percentage of store visitors who completed a successful purchase with a Widgets item. |
Total Orders | Shows the total number of orders placed with products attributed to Rebuy Widgets. |
AOV (Average Order Value) | Displays the average value of each order, including how Rebuy Widget-attributed orders impact the overall AOV and their contribution as a % of the total. |
Widget | Description |
Name | Unique name of a specific Widget. |
ID | Unique Widget ID. |
Quantity | Total number of products purchased across all orders attributed to a Widget. |
Most Recent Sale | The time of the latest order placed through this Widget. |
Revenue Per Visitor | Total additional revenue earned per visitor who saw or interacted with a Widget. |
Total Sales | Total revenue from orders placed attributed to a Widget. |
Discounts | Total value of discounts across all orders attributed to a specific Widget. |
Net Sales | Total revenue from orders placed attributed to a Widget after subtracting discounts. |
Percent | Percentage of Rebuy-generated revenue attributed to a specific Widget. |
Conversion Rate | The percentage of sessions where a bundle led to a purchase, out of all sessions where the Widget was viewed during the selected time period. |
AOV (Average Order Value) | Displays the average value of each order, including how a specific Widget impacts overall AOV and its contribution as a percentage of the total. |
Product | Description |
Products | Unique name of a specific product. |
Product ID | Unique Shopify ID for the product. |
Quantity | Total number of products purchased across all orders attributed to a Widget. |
Total Sales | Total revenue of a specific product from all orders placed attributed to a Widget. |
Discounts | Total value of discounts across all orders attributed to a specific product purchased through a Widget. |
Net | Total revenue from a specific product attributed to a Widget after subtracting discounts. |
FAQ
What timezone are reports generated in?
The reports reflect the merchant's timezone configured in Shopify, which is derived from the "iana_timezone" field in the "shopify_shop_data" admin data of the store on Shopify. Both web and exports use the same time zone.
Are refunds included in the Widgets analytics?
Yes, all refunds are accounted for. Rebuy Sales data is the post-refund amount for the period.
